Jeremy Kasten has completed directing the wraparound segment for The Profane Exhibit. The horror anthology, which Bizarre Magazine called “the biggest cult film ever,” was last reported on by Diabolique Magazine in 2014 and has been in limbo since. Tapped to edit the film in 2012, Kasten was recently recalled by producers to film a wraparound segment which would tie the short films together. Along with Kasten, directors of the shorts include Uwe Boll, Yoshihiro Nishimura, and Nacho Vigalondo. It’s unknown which shorts will end up making the final cut, but it appears this lost film will finally be completed and released.
