Upon awakening from a coma, Trevor Blackburn is greeted by sinister doctors in a mental hospital and informed that he has murdered his wife in a sacrificial killing. Trevor struggles to reclaim his life and is further shrouded in confusion when sadistic experiments are conducted on him.
