Clare Kramer Talks ‘The Dead Ones’ at Comic-Con

T1GN: What can you tell me about “The Dead Ones?”  There is no real information out there about the film and the url WhoAreTheDeadOnes.com just takes you to the “Arcadia High School” website.  Could you shed a little light on this project?

Clare Kramer: Yeah, that’s kind of the marketing campaign.

T1GN: I am assuming it’s a horror or suspense film from the little easter egg you get when you click on the “Respect” button.

Clare Kramer: Yes, it’s a horror film.  It has kind of a “Sixth Sense” twist to it.  It’s a really interesting piece.  The same director that directed me in “The Thirst,” Jeremy Kasten (he directed two films that I really like “The Attic Expeditions” and “All Souls Day: Dia de los Muertos”), called me to do this film.  I really like working with him so, yeah.  I don’t really want to give too much away because they have been really tight lipped about the project, but it does take place in a high school and, like any good film, more is revealed as the audience watches.
